What this service is

Tarino is a free service that shows publicly available price and chain data. It is not a shop and does not sell items.

The service is provided by Roberto Esposito EI, trading as Apeirion Labs, 17 rue Ferrandière, 69002 Lyon, France. Email: hello@tarino.app.

Price and chain data is collected from publicly available sources and may be incorrect or out of date. The price in the shop is the one that counts.

We are not affiliated with the merchants whose prices we show and we do not guarantee that an item is in stock.

If you send us a price report, you give us the right to use it to correct the data. You do not need to register and we do not set cookies.

You can send a complaint to hello@tarino.app. We will reply within 15 days.

If we cannot resolve it, you can turn to the mediator: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, www.cm2c.net.

Chains and rights-holders: write to hello@tarino.app. We pause the item or chain within 24 hours and reply within 2 working days.

We provide the service as it is. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the data shown or for any loss caused by visiting a shop.

These terms are governed by French law. The courts of Lyon have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you another place.
